亲爱的先生，我对您的利眠贴很感兴趣，因此我将会来找您。我将参加在南昌举办的第五届睡眠医学论坛(2013年10月30号~2013年11月2号)。因为我在广州医科大当做客教授，所以整个11月我都将待在广州。我建议与你的团队在中国会个面，地址可以定在南昌或者11月份的时候约个时间在广州也可以。
在2012年到2013年过去的这段时间里，我看了下在法国或者欧洲引入你的“睡眠产品”的可能性。有很困难的问题存在，因为控制是必须的但同时也是重要的或者说沉重的。即使宣布是纯中药产品(而不是以中医学药物)，这种化合物的性质要想进入”睡眠产品“也是必须经过分析的。为了成功的解决这个问题，我想告诉你一个很不一样的可能性，也许可以解决目前的困难：
1、我们想你可以在欧洲转让你的专利，并在医疗条件受控制下的各大城市去生产“利眠贴”。这是一个很好的办法避免对产品的各种不断批评。显然，所有的条件是必须和你讨论的，包括在你的控制下生产，进入医疗部门。
2、目前来看，最简单的最有可能性的是俄罗斯提出的(这里指包括俄罗斯在内的欧洲)。工厂有能力确保生产和营销你的“利眠贴”在这个国家是可行的。从这一步开始，再向欧洲个国家扩大生产的趋势就可想而知了。
这里，再重申一下，你的同意是至关重要的。请回复我们你对以上建议有什么看法。

Dear Sir,
I come back to you．still interested in you “sleep product” . I will attend the 5th “Chinese Sleep
Medicile Forum”, which will take place in Nan Chang City(October 31-November 02，2013).
Afterwards, I wilI spend the entire month of November in Guangzhou at the MedicaI University
where I got recently the position of “Adjunct Professor”．I suggest to meet you，with the members
of your Society, in China, either at the Congress in Nan Chang City，or in Guangzhou at a defined
date in November 2013．
During the past months(2012＆2013)I had a look on the possibilities to introduce your “sleep
product” in France and in Europe. The question remains difficult since the controls that are
necessary are important and heavy．Even when announcing and herbal product(not a medical
drug)，the nature of the compounds entering in the“sleep product”must be analyzed
in order to be fully successful with this question，1 would suggest to you a different possibility
allowing to overcome the present difficulties：
·We would like to transfer your patent in Europe and produce your。“sleep product” in
various countries under controlled medical conditions。This is a good way to avoid constant
criticisms regarding the contents. Obviously，all conditions must be discussed with you and
production done under your control and the local medical authorities
·Presently，the easiest possibility is offered by Russia ( I include Russia in Europe). Factories
capable to insure an industrial production and marketing of your“sleep product”are
available in this country . After this step，an extension of the production towards other
European countries can be envisaged. Here，still again，your agreement is crucial．
Please，let me know what about the above suggestion．Suggestions allowing，through a patent
transfer，a direct production in the foreign countries are welcome．
